| September 08 International political bodies have thus far made slight, yet inconsequential progress in pausing and protecting ongoing atrocities occurring to millions of human beings living in and around Darfur, Sudan. Exceptionally gifted journalists, envoys, religious leaders, activists, movie stars, and decidedly credible humanitarian organizations alike, have all engaged in the heart-wide, globe-pounding campaign to [somehow] arrest 'carnal' power from Sudanese and Chinese leaders and accomplices--pulling the murderous strings behind Sudan's Genocide conflict. WE HAVE TO PRAY If we truly want to end the Genocide in Darfur on "our watches", we must pray for God to intervene in this conflict in all of our behalf because all of our human efforts combined have hardly altered a minute-hand-in-motion in this ongoing calamity. Gods 'supernatural' power, however, can transform the hearts and minds of every single leader involved and responsible for this Genocide as soon as suddenly. Gods word PROMISES that by HIS power and HIS might correction can occur 'suddenly'- when we pray according to His will. This horrific theater of ongoing events can be altered into a radical shift of peace-in- motion...but we have to pray if we REALLY want Peace to occur. Our global unanimity, clever logistics and strategies wrought from passionate, burdened, limited human efforts & personality, can not and have not been able to accomplish what God can do in one instant through the POWER of faith in PRAYER. When human effort becomes responsible for ending a Genocide, inevitably the personalities engaged in reversing the Genocide (and their accompanying affiliation or organization) would more than likely suppose credit for doing so. Instead, WE MUST LEAN ON GOD through prayer. GIVE GOD all of the Glory in prayer for what GOD ALONE can mandate and do through us---end this merciless, haunting, unnecessary, incomprehensible, inhumane, generational destruction and earthly waste NOW, on HIS watch, HIS timing ...HIS way. PRAY for GOD to intervene....NOW. PLEASE PRAY for God to intervene. |
